Up to £19,000 per annum
We are looking for an apprentice to join our vibrant team to start a career in the recruitment sector.

Starting as a Recruitment Resourcer, you will learn the ropes whilst working on the job.

As well as this, you will be undertaking the Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 apprenticeship to refine your knowledge and understanding of how the industry works.

You will not be on a typical apprenticeship salary and, in fact, will also be included in business bonuses and rewards.

Recruitment Resourcer Main Duties:

Identifying new business opportunities through a variety of means and refer these opportunities to a recruiter.
Meeting all procedures and carrying out relevant processes to ensure industry codes of ethics and relevant legislation are met.
Daytoday office administration
Online Advertising
Creating adverts and posters
Updating data on CRM and Payroll system
Exporting inoffice registration cards and documents onto CRM and Payroll system
Righttowork checks
Committing time to complete apprenticeship tasks and assignments
Social Media correspondence and advertising

This apprenticeship contains the knowledge-based Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing, the competency-based NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing, a module on employee rights and responsibilities, as well as functional skills including Maths, English and ICT.

Hardworking attitude with the ambition to work within the recruitment sector
Very good IT skills with the ability to learn new software
Good with numbers, language and grammar
Able to commit to the apprenticeship to ensure all assignments are completed as and when due.
Outgoing personality who can adapt to dealing with different characters and situations
Able to multitask
A creative thinker who can work on their own initiative should the situation call for it
Social Media savvy with a willingness to develop and learn further in this area
