We support individuals to maximise their potential, by providing a range of innovative programmes designed to empower them to develop their skills, confidence and knowledge, facilitating positive opportunities in learning or employment. Last year we supported more than 360, 000 people.

We are seeking to appoint a number of new enthusiastic trustees who will share our vision "
Through support and guidance CXK empowers individuals and strengthens communities to access what they need to maximise their potential" and join our talented Board of Trustees.

We are particularly seeking people with human resources, equality, diversity and inclusion, contract law, fundraising or health and safety expertise.

You do not need to have previous Board or committee experience as training will be provided. This position would therefore suit someone taking their first steps to develop Board level and governance experience.
