  • The Humber Estuary Federation are delighted to be able to offer a secondment opportunity for a Leader of Learning. To increase the capacity of our team, the post is fulltime and nonclass based.   • We are looking for an experienced middle leader who:
  • is a strategic leader who can develop teams, empower others and work collaboratively.
- has a proven track record in evaluating and delivering high quality teaching and learning.
- is committed to and understands the ethos and values of the federation.
- is an excellent communicator with the ability to develop positive relationships with children, staff, parents, and the wider community.

  • Has the vision, drive and energy to initiate, lead and manage strategies to build on the current successes and achievements of the school
- values every child and ensures that everyone achieves their best.
