My client is an established Charity looking to recruit a Marketing Insights Analyst for the purposes of a three month contract.

This role will be mainly homebased paying £200.00 to £325.00 per day


This role will support the charity's insight strategy by developing, analysing, and communicating a range of insight data including CRM MI and client experience data to further our understanding of our clients, and help internal stakeholders to evolve ourservice delivery models.


The role will also involve delivering new and innovative client experience projects, as well as supporting our work to influence policy and communications activity relating to debt and credit.

The Key responsibilities of this role will be to:

  • Deliver and support the provision of quality advice
  • Delivering monthly and bespoke CRM MI to enable the profiling of clients.
  • Interpreting the results and presenting key information to internal and external stakeholders in a range of ways including reports and dashboards delivered to deadline.
  • Developing and supporting systems to publish, manage and communicate client data trends.
  • Project managing a range of insight and client experience projects to demanding deadlines
  • Supporting the Business Development team to utilise our MI to the best effect in funding bids, delivering bespoke reports and providing data for stakeholder/funder meetings. Research and evidence the benefits of our advice model
  • Supporting the delivery of effective BAU and bespoke impact evaluation mechanisms, processes and reports
  • Producing the quarterly organisational dashboard and the delivery of our impact and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Using insight expertise to develop new models for gathering client feedback including software, client focus groups and longitudinal studies
  • Expanding and developing the ways in which the charity presents the results of insight data to engage internal and external stakeholders and influence the use of the data in our service development
Applicants must have solid MI analysis reporting on varied sets of data and experience of:

  • Report writing and proposals
  • Extensive data manipulation


  • Advanced Excel

  • Pivots,
  • Power BI
  • Experience of Client UX Testing
  • Experience of engaging and influencing stakeholders with MI
