Smartcard maintenance and SystmOne administrator assist colleagues with access rights, troubleshootingetc)Ordering consumables, stationery etc Overseeing the maintenance of medical devices Human Resources/Workforce assistance and admin, toinclude but not exhaustive:
o Booking appraisalso Writing up appropriate recorded conversationso Recruitment administrationo New starter co-ordinationo Employment Change/Transfer Forms (EF1/2/3) Monitoring training compliance on the ward Assisting with arrangements required to support learning and development of the team Supporting with the administration of audits, DATIX andother quality, safety and improvement activities andmeeting To support the clinicians with Health Roster maintenance andany related administration or communication with staff toensure safe staffing levels on the ward at all time (bothclinical and non-clinical staff) To assist and support to ensure ESR reporting, BusinessContinuity Plans and Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) are kept up to date To assist with dealing with any conflict and solving ofproblems relating to the ward in a timely manner ensuringa lessons learnt approach to help to continually developthe team using tact or persuasive skills Manage charitable funds and associated administration When required assist with the investigation of complaints Supporting the CTL with procurement and requisitioningprocedures and budget management
