Description

Due to high demand and the launch of new products, we're looking for additional Metalwork Operatives to work within our Metalwork team.

Ideally fabrication and or welding by use of TIG.

The main responsibilities for this role will be to work within the metalwork facility manufacturing the company's products, ensuring the highest of quality standards are met.

General Metalwork Production Operator_

Experience of and enjoy working in a metalwork production environment.
Experience of welding thin sheet metal (1.2mm thick) with TIG. However, if you have a proven background within fabrication we will offer full training for this role.

Can work efficiently and accurately, with quality output in mind
Are comfortable using basic computer programs
Are able to work shifts (including some nights and weekends)

We'll provide you with on-the-job training and ongoing support so you can excel in your role, so if you're willing to learn and develop, there could be opportunities to work across the production department in other aspects of its operation as well.

Shifts:

We work on a 3 week shift rotation (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am) and offer a 15% shift rate uplift (included in rate) across all 3 to allow for consistency.

We also have generous overtime rates for those willing to work additional hours/weekends, as well as some excellent company benefits
