APEM Ltd, part of the APEM Group, are seeking an innovative and knowledgeable Principal Marine Mammal Consultant to join our team If you want to work on impactful projects, and champion the strategic growth and evolution of technology and services, we want to hear from you

About the Role:

As principal consultant, you'll manage workflows for the marine mammal team, coordinating delivery of outputs from the team and providing technical advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders.

You will also line manage individuals in the marine mammal consultancy team, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure outputs are delivered to the highest standard.

You will coordinate the design and delivery of marine mammal surveys, including analysis of visual and acoustic survey data and guide the marine mammal team in bids, tenders and delivery of advisory services for a wide range of marine mammal projects.

As you progress in this role, you will become a trusted advisor for clients and stakeholders, Alongside this, you will lead on complex projects, including working with the Associate Director to influence strategic directions, shaping current and future workstreams and expanding our technologies and services to deliver technical excellence worldwide.
