An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Team at the stunning Stoneleigh Abbey and Country Park located in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

We are looking for a Hospitality Team Member to join the existing team in our busy Tea Rooms. Set 37.5 hours Sun-Thurs 9am-5pm each week.

  • Welcoming guests
    Serving Cream Teas and Afternoon Teas Making Teas and Coffees
    To provide outstanding customer service and care to all customers Clearing tables, and washing up by hand, no washing machine
    Taking payments and orders Ensuring the tearooms are always clean and tidy, both inside and out.
    Assist with food preparation and sandwich making Clean and restock work stations.
A current Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene is preferred, but not essential.


The successful applicant must have a passion for providing 5 Star customer service, along with being able to meet the needs and requests of customers in a pleasant and efficient manner.


Excellent communication skills are essential, along with enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team, and at peak times.

Due to location and lack of local public transport, it is advised that you are a driver, and we have free on site parking.


Job Type: 37.5 hours a week


Salary:
£11.00 /hour


Pay:
£11.00 per hour
