As Head of Client Services - Diversity Champions, you would be leading a team of people who work alongside workplaces and organisations across the UK to help them create and build inclusive workplaces for LGBTQ+ people.

For this role we are looking for an experienced and confident leader, who is passionate about inclusion and client services and is able to motivate their team and drive a competitive commercial strategy to ensure the Diversity Champions programme remains a sector-leading membership offer.
