Technical Service Desk Assistant | Amsterdam/hybrid| Dutch and English Essential My client is a Risk Solutions company based in Amsterdam who are looking for a Technical Service Desk assistant with IT experience to join initially on a 6 month ZZP contract

Key requirements:

  • Relevant work/training at HBO level, preferably in ICT
  • Proficiency in language skills (Dutch and English) and assessment ability
  • Good listening skills in order to be able to assess, interpret, categorise and respond independently or to transfer the content and urgency of customer telephone questions
  • Preferably knowledge of the operation of financial or tax software packages
The rate is €25-30 per hour and they work in a hybrid model.
