The Brand Content Producer will play a key role in maximising the value of the Shawbrook brand and Employer Value Proposition (EVP), by bringing to life the Purpose and Experience Principles through engaging written and graphical, internal, and external content.
Working as part of a team of copywriting, internal communications, social media and PR experts, the role holder will contribute innovative and engaging content for both internal and external audiences, with specific focus on content marketing campaigns that showcase the Shawbrook purpose in action and leverage our various initiatives, partnerships, and sponsorships.
The role will also include driving projects that will help transform the communications capability within the team through the development and delivery of tools and resources that enable us to communicate more efficiently and effectively across the bank.
- Develop innovative and engaging content campaigns and activity which leverage value from the Shawbrook Purpose, Mission and Vision, which can be activated on internal channels, social media and across our digital real estate, e.g. , LinkedIn and Glassdoor
- Develop and deliver content personally and with third party agency support, that enhances the experience of internal campaigns, conferences and external events e.g. client case studies and profiles
- Support the business in connecting our people to our Purpose and objectives, keeping them engaged and entertained
- Identify and lead key initiatives that enable our communications capability to be as effective as possible across multiple, on
- Work with IT and Infosec and the wider Brand team to develop and improve the digital distribution channels for IC including technological devices and systems for comms (e.g.
- Be the technical lead on Connect (our intranet), working to continually improve its capability as the central hub of information, engagement, and recognition for Shawbrook, monitoring its performance and ensuring that all staff are required to access it
- Help develop systems, tools and resources to support the internal communications 'ecosystem', e.g. guidance and resources for the Senior Leadership Team, Line Managers and HR People Partners, the group intranet (Connect) and internal comms channels
- Support the wider, thirdparty teams used by Shawbrook to drive Talent Acquisition and customer service, e.g. Cielo, Talent Point, Target etc., with tools and resources which further embed the Shawbrook EVP throughout the customer and employee lifecycles
- Highly creative and able to deliver high quality content from a brief
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, communications, and development
- Knowledgeable on all content and social media platforms
- Developing own briefs and finding opportunities for new ways of working
- Strong at building effective internal relationships with key stakeholders up to the highest level at Shawbrook
