Role Summary:


The Project Coordinator role involves working closely alongside the Customer Projects Manager to collaborate with Cydar staff to optimize the installation and operation of Cydar EV Maps (or other Cydar products) at new hospital sites around the world.

The installation process is a cross-functional exercise, involving various Cydar departments and personnel who will work with the Hospital's Key Stakeholders, ensuring that the project meets agreed deadlines and operating standards, and escalating any blocks or issues up to the Customer Projects Manager for rapid resolution.


Duties and Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities will encompass, but not be limited to;

  • Use of the agreed internal tools, policies, and processes to track the progress of each installation and inform relevant internal Cydar stakeholders of any risks or delays so that these can be addressed at an early stage with mínimal impact on the agreed deadline
  • Communicate (as needed) with the various external Hospital stakeholders to move the project along expeditiously and provide information, documentation, and support as needed.
  • Update the internal and Hospital teams on progress of each installation as required
  • Organize and participate in internal installation team or other Cydar stakeholder meetings and record meeting minutes, actions and notes. Ensure timely followup of actions etc
  • Organize and participate in meeting with Hospital Key Stakeholders
  • Collect data on progress of installations to enable accurate internal reporting of projects and identify opportunities for improvement in Cydar's approach
  • Oversee and support the management of any software system/portal used to support the installation process
  • Track function budgets and costs in coordination with Cydar finance team.

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Experience of hospital IT systems and managing complex projects/ system installations
  • Experience of project management, and with using project tracking or management tools or platforms
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly selfmotivated with the drive and initiative to succeed, resolve issues and drive progress and performance of the functions
