Temporary Finance Assistant - Woking - £13-£15 per hour plus holiday
The company

A health company that is dedicated to using technology to enhance productivity is looking for a Temporary Finance Assistant to join their team.


The role:


You will report to the Accountant and contribute to running the finance team and the smooth running of the division.


The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Processing orders, organising shipments, coding and processing sales
  • Processing requisition requests
  • Maintaining stock lists
  • Ordering parts
  • Data entry into the accounting system
  • Checking and correcting staff and director expense claims
  • Manage petty cash
  • Manage day to day post and stationary orders
What you'll need to be successful

  • A university qualification or finance qualification
  • Xero skills would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role
