    Security Sales Account Manager

    We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our market-leading firm as a Security Sales Account Manager. This is a development opportunity where you can lead from the front and grow our client's consumer base.

    This is a fully office-based opportunity offering 3 days from home. With a thriving customer base, our client is looking for a talent to join them and spearhead their sales department with driven and sales-focused specialists, highlighting and offering new product recommendations to new and existing clients.

    This unique opportunity allows you to build and bond with your customers, growing accounts and maximizing new opportunities. Your role will take the customer on a journey from initial enquiry, through to site assessments, concluding relationships upon site installations.

    As a Security Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with engineers, technicians, and customers, providing multiple touchpoints internally and externally. You will need to possess strong communication skills and experience in the vacant property or corporate property sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.
    2. Prepare and present client reports to drive business growth.
    3. Participate in and attend client meetings to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.
    4. Handle all calls professionally, resolving any issues promptly.
    5. Load new work instructions from clients onto Salesforce CRM system.
    6. Allocate tasks to contractors and manage them through to completion.
    7. Work independently without instruction, prioritizing action and multitasking.
    8. Follow up with other departments to ensure maintenance/repair issues are addressed for your clients.
    9. Manage complaints in accordance with agreed escalation processes.

    Ideal Candidate Exposure:


    1. Sales & Commercial Awareness: Act as a commercial ambassador, advocating for our quality security solutions and driving business growth.
    2. Industry Experience: Essential experience in the vacant property or corporate property sector, including physical security installations, compliance, and insurance requirements.
    3. Technical Building Knowledge: Advantageous knowledge of small building works and void property compliance for insurance purposes.
    4. Organisational Skills: Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    5. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, engaging with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams at all levels.
    6. Software Proficiency: Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and security design software.
    7. Flexibility & Initiative: Able to work independently, adapt to changing demands, and proactively monitor and prioritise workload.
