Employment Team Leader

Working 36 hours per week

Fixed-term until 31/12/2023 (with a possible extension)

£26,265-£27,810 per annum pro rata

Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre (CRMC) is the only organisation in Coventry dedicated to providing impartial and confidential advice, guidance and support to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants living in and around the city.

We are a local, medium-sized organisation which has been welcoming refugees and migrants since 2000.

Our aim is to help people to rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential in safety and dignity whilst supporting integration and encouraging active citizenship.

We currently have a very exciting vacancy for an
Employment Team Leader.

The role requires an individual who can oversee the Employment Team, line manage staff and who can manage a rolling caseload of clients providing advice and guidance on employment, volunteering and training.

The post holder will have experience with line management and providing Employment Support.

The post will be based at Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre, Norton House, Bird Street, Coventry, CV1 5FX.

Interviews will be held on 16th June 2023
