An exciting opportunity to work at St Lukes Hospice, supporting the Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist working with patients in their own homes, other community settings and the specialist inpatient unit.


The AHP team strives to provide palliative care to patients in any setting to achieve the best quality of life by helping patients live as actively as possible and achieving their personal goals adding significant quality to their lives.


The role of the AHP Support Worker would be to contribute to the assessment and treatment of patients both individually and in groups settings and support the Therapists to deliver treatment plans with patients, assist in the provision of equipment and complete assessments to support the activities of daily living.

The role requires at times lone working and for the post holder to travel independently by car to different community settings.
