If this hits home, then you'll know that a one-to-one bespoke and holistic method to teaching is often the key to success.


So, what will you be doing?

  • You will offer support to young people who cannot access an education on a onetoone basis
  • You will work with children with SEN & SEMH needs
  • You will engage young people with a variety of barriers to their learning
  • You will inspire the hope for a better future

But what does a typical day look like?

  • Flexible working hours and days sessions can be between 35 hours and 25 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Working in local centres, a student's home, libraries or in the community
  • We work in the best environment for the young person
  • Build rapport through fun & creative activities or games, embedding education, social skills, and life skills
  • When the young person is ready, you'll be going through primary, secondary or a functional skills curriculum

Requirements:


  • 2year minimum experience in education and SEN
  • Experience delivering a primary, secondary, or functional skills curriculum
  • Commitment and understanding around Safeguarding
  • Experience in engaging hard to reach young people
