Recruitment Boutique are a specialist automotive recruitment company. Launching in 2014 we have grown to become a trusted recruitment company in our sector.

Due to our growing success, we are now searching to compliment our team with the addition of an experienc edadministrator to support our busy Birmingham City Centre office


Working Hours

08:1- 16:45 Monday - Friday
Salary on offer is up to £25,000 depending on experience plus quarterly bonus in addition to basic salary


The role

  • Support with back office administration tasks.
  • Ensure Timesheets are sent and returned on time each week
  • Manage general telephone enquiries as appropriate
  • To maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain passwords for all software and programmes.
  • Operate as a key member of the team, as well as on your own initiative when required
  • In addition to these functions, you will be required to undertake other duties as may be reasonably required.

Experience

  • Strong administration skills, ideally with recruitment experience
  • Highly organised, with diary/inbox management experience
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Able to work independently with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Able to effectively manage workload
  • Ability to closely follow strict procedures and policies.

Additional incentives
You will join with 20 days annual holiday, increasing by 1 day each year to a maximum of 25. Our office is also closed between Christmas & New Year which is offered in addition to your annual holiday allocation
