Although some experience would be an advantage; more important are your excellent organisational and communication skills as well as attention to detail and customer focus.

You will primarily be supporting with the co-ordination of the recruitment process from advertisement to appointment through the Trac recruitment system.

You will be required to liaise and support both managers and staff of all levels across the organisation with regard to their recruitment activity.

Agile working will be supported for this role.

Working in the HR Resourcing Department you will work as part of the administrative support team and be responsible for providing a professional, quality, efficient and customer-focused recruitment service from vacancy management to contract; administering the recruitment of staff in line with the Trust's Recruitment and Selection Policy and NHS Employment Check
Standards.
