Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join their Crayford office as a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator.


They are ideally looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

The successful Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • £19,000 basic salary
- £25,000 OTE

  • Career progression
  • Free parking

Working hours:

As a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work 5 days a week.

9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday including every Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm.


Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driver's license with access to own car
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customerfacing role
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Highly motivated and confident
  • Passion for customer service and sales

As a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Property inspections
  • Dealing with queries both on the phone and facetoface
