Transport Service Coordinator - FTC

Salary:
Up to £27,000 per annum plus performance bonus, Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location:

What you'll be doing;

Answering phones, dealing with customer queries and booking jobs
Assisting with the allocation of work to drivers and vehicles in WIMS
Debriefing all drivers on a daily basis ensuring that missed lifts are logged on salesforce and customers are informed
Ensuring that onetrip work is performed in a logical sequence and that drivers are directed to the most advantageous disposal sites
Ensuring that driver's daily defect books are fully completed
Ensuring that working hours are recorded accurately and in accordance with the Union agreement
Ensuring that all paperwork is made available to the drivers as required including Sales and Delivery Risk Assessments for new sites
Analyse a number of reports to ensure the depot is achieving set KPI's
Recommend any strike rate area changes to Senior Service Coordinator
Ensure as reasonably practicable a 48hr recovery plan on failed jobs
Ensure bin delivery on the approved day
Review strike rate performance with drivers and report discrepancies to Senior Service Coordinator
Conduct Return To Work within 24 hours of employee return
Support Sales with service enquiries

What we're looking for;

Numerate and PC literate with a good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on own initiative in a highpressure environment
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail
