Requirements:

• We are looking for a cleaner to carry out general daily cleaning of an office/ factory unit in
  Victoria Business Park, Roche

This is a permanent position
:

• Working on your own.
• Experience in cleaning is essential.
• You must be able to work effectively and efficiently, sometimes working under pressure and able to sort out any issues that may arise quickly, professionally and with a level head.
• This position comes with a 3 month probation period.
• Full training and support will be given.

Working Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3 hours and 20 minutes per day.
• 10 hours per week.
• No Weekends or Bank Holidays.
• 4pm to 8pm

Day to Day Duties:

• Duties will include vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, polishing, emptying bins, cleaning toilets and kitchen areas, cleaning windows etc all to a very high standard, attention to detail and pride in your work is a must.
• Sorting out problems quickly and efficiently.
• Great communication skills are needed.
• You must be able to get to the site for a prompt start, own transport is desirable.
• Start date: As soon as possible for Staff Training and Inductions.
• You will be required to work on your own from the start.
