Due to expansion, we're on the hunt for the newest member of our team.

You'll work alongside our current staff members in our beautiful offices just a few steps from Margate Old Town, and a short stroll down to the seafront.


Newlife Wills, a family-run law firm, established with the mission of helping our clients prepare for the inevitable, to guarantee the well-being of those they love and spare them any conflicts or difficulties in what can be a very difficult time.


Writing your Will has never been so important - did you know, if you pass away without a valid Will in place 'intestate' your property (the estate) must be shared out according to certain rules.

Those to whom you wish to leave your assets to may not always be first in line to benefit.


The role:


The main basis of this role is to effectively communicate the products and services offered by Newlife Wills and generate leads from incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

You will be working within a small team led by an experienced team leader who will provide you with coaching and guidance to help motivate you to ensure you achieve your maximum potential.

The position we're offering is full time (Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm) with two late evenings per week expected (11am-7pm).

The role would suit someone with previous telesales experience (preferable) and the confidence to speak about the fantastic services we can offer to potential clients.


You'll be the first point of contact for our customers who wish to discuss their Will Writing and Estate Planning needs, so it's extremely important that you're friendly, professional and capable of explaining our range of services (training provided) to potential customers, and have an excellent telephone manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of customer service
  • Taking inbound calls from potential clients enquiring about our services
  • Answering queries/questions from existing clients
  • Booking appointments for consultants to attend
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Record booked appointments and send copies to office manager
  • Be aware of personal and professional standards required (GDPR)
  • Managing, tracking and following up on client(s) documentation
  • Plus many more.

About You:
We are looking for a confident team player, who is target driven and possesses the following:

  • Previous outbound telesales or telemarketing experience
  • Experience within the Financial Services Industry (preferable, not essential as training will be given)
  • Highly motivated and selfdriven to work towards specific targets.
  • Provide a firstclass customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Being able to work on own initiative
