A bit about us
Beehive, our in-house agency sits within the Chief Customer Office, which is part of the Consumer Relationship division in Lloyds Banking Group.
We opened our doors in 2021 and we're now a 40 strong team of passionate designers, artworkers, copywriters, client relationship management and QC.
We work in partnership with our communication teams in the Chief Customer Office - working together to get every brief right first time - whether it's copywriting that makes the complex simple, a personalised one-to-one campaign that drives action or in-branch material that is perfect for the time and place in the customer experience.
We're here to help our teams more rapidly respond to the needs of our 30 million customers - understanding our brands inside out, how to communicate with empathy and by seeing results day-in-day-out we have a feel for what really works.
You'll help us by- Taking ownership of the copy aspect of creative projects from start to finish.- Thinking conceptually to solve communications problems- Working with designers to bring simple, tactical direct response communication ideas to life.- Ensuring direct response best practices and brand guidelines are always adhered to.- Working across a number of product areas and campaigns delivering high quality copy.- Being up to date on Financial Promotions requirements so that our communications are clear, fair and not misleading.- Presenting creative work to our communications teams.
