Description
The role of Admissions Officer is to support the Registrar in enrolling students to the school, dealing with enquires from students and stakeholders and assisting the team with the smooth running of the office.
This is a varied and interesting role in an often fast-paced and busy environment. You should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong IT skills and a great attention to detail.Due to the varied nature of the role you may be asked to take on additional tasks however the main aspects of the role are:
- Front of House / Reception
- Working with the Registrar to enrol students to the school (including producing visa letters and invoicing)
- Responding to enquiries from students and stakeholders
- Assisting students with booking appointments
- Inputting data to our database
- This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation from Offenders Act 1974 therefore you will be asked to disclose all previous convictions not exempt under amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020_
