My client, based in Central Cambridge is looking for a Shipping and Sales Coordinator to join their busy and growing company.
This is a full time, permanent role and you will be required to be onsite daily.Key responsibilities:
- Management of international imports and exports
- Produce relevant documentation
- Manage the same day and overnight couriers (UK)
- Book in and monitor shipments
- Deal with customs to minimise delays
- Be the point of contact for shipping and transport agents
- Use Sage Line 50 for sales order processing
- General Administration duties
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in shipping administration
- Good organisation and planning skills
- UK import/export knowledge
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Sage Line 50 (desirable)
- Knowledge of customs clearance requirements
