Description

My client, based in Central Cambridge is looking for a Shipping and Sales Coordinator to join their busy and growing company.

This is a full time, permanent role and you will be required to be onsite daily.


Key responsibilities:

  • Management of international imports and exports
  • Produce relevant documentation
  • Manage the same day and overnight couriers (UK)
  • Book in and monitor shipments
  • Deal with customs to minimise delays
  • Be the point of contact for shipping and transport agents
  • Use Sage Line 50 for sales order processing
  • General Administration duties

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in shipping administration
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • UK import/export knowledge
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Sage Line 50 (desirable)
  • Knowledge of customs clearance requirements
