Responsibilities:


  • Administer medication.; Provide emotional support to patients and family while maintaining a safe environment.; Seek appropriate medical attention if family member is sick or injured.; Coordinate with other service providers when providing care or assistance to patients or families.; Ensure accurate transfer of information to other healthcare providers.; Document all treatments provided to patients and their families.; Ensure that all required patient records are kept in an organised fashion in accordance with government regulations.

Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
