A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data and Asset Coordinator to join our Studio Operations team and support our Technical Manager with the data within our systems, to track assets and report on statuses.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Locate, downloads and organise assets as needed throughout the studio.
Support with reporting on samples, outfits, imagery and information handover (e.g. model sizes)
Maintain data in our databases
Reconcile lists against system data and images
Track job progress through Work Flo System
Trouble shoot automated processes e.g. data transfers

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience in a similar role, ideally within a fashion retail environment
The ability to build strong and effective relationships across our creative teams
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Experience using Work Flo System would be preferred but is not essential
Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Photoshop, InDesign, Digital Publishing Suite
