Base Business Park is a commercial property business park located in Rendlesham near Woodbridge.

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant, who is competent in all areas of maintenance.

The role is predominately at the Base Business Park in Rendlesham, but you will be needed to visit other sites and properties.

Properties you will maintain will be commercial, residential and holiday lodges.

The role is for a problem solver, hard worker and a person who enjoys being involved in the business they also must ensure all tasks are done to a very high standard.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
