Technical Support Agent required in Runcorn - £23,000 per annum.


Our client has a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working as
Technical Support Agent at their hub in
Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn.



Responsibilities:


  • Offering initial technical support to clients.
  • Allocation of Fault Calls to Field Engineers
  • Effective allocation and utilisation of Field Engineer workloads to meet Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction
  • Utilising Accounting package to raise purchase orders
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the customer both internally and externally via voice and system updates to manage customer expectations on fault resolution
  • Report Writing within the timescales to meet contract objectives.

Person Specification:

  • The ability to work in a team and provide a positive contribution to the work environment
  • The ability to maintain a clear thought process when under pressure.
  • The ability to work within fastpaced and sometimes demanding environment.
  • The ability to use a range of inhouse Call management systems and tools.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills is desirable.
  • Good communication is key and is the keystone to ensure the delivery of good service.
  • Being able to explain technical issues to nontechnical customers is advantageous.
The salary is
£23,000 per annum.

The job operates
Monday to Friday working
8am until 5pm.
