We are a leading Legal Top 200 Law Firm who are currently looking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor with over 2 years PQE.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, talented and ambitious Solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

  • Landlord and tenant matters;
  • Managing another two Solicitors and a Trainee
  • Possessions and Evictions;
  • Rent arrears and reviews;
  • Boundary disputes;
  • Easements, breach and creation; and
  • Applications to the Land Tribunal or Lease Tribunal
  • Have previous exposure within Property Litigation and Disputes.
  • 2 years + PQE
  • A sound knowledge of Property Litigation
