You will be joining a renowned family-run industrial electrician company based in Paisley where you will form a part of a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers, designers, and technicians who work tirelessly to create quality electrical systems that exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities within your new role

As the Control Panel Wirer, you will be responsible for carrying out the mechanical and electrical manufacture of control panels, as well as following general arrangement and electrical drawings.

You will also layout components following manufacturing templates and drill, punch, and cut the control panel enclosure door and back plate.

Finally, you will fit components with suitable fixtures to complete the job.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To succeed in this role as the Control Panel Wirer, you should have the ability to work as part of a team and under the supervision of senior wirers.

Excellent communication skills are essential along with attention to detail. A driver's license is also required as travel between sites may be required on a regular basis.

Understanding or experience of electrical control systems would be beneficial but not essential due to extensive training provided by the company.
