Role and Responsibilities
To supervise a Local On Site Smart Hands Support Team who cover 24/7 shifts performing 1st level problem determination within customer data centres.
To act as the focal point and conduit from the Pomeroy Team to local and remote technical support teams, service management, data centre management and installation teams.
Provide hands on hardware installation and cable management for the local Data Centre, taking the lead on programs for Customer installations.
The Team Leader role is nine to five, Monday to Friday.
The Smart Hands Team provide a 24x 7 shift pattern - 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00 rotating 4 work / 4 rest.
Successful applicants will be working in a team delivering high quality operations support to customer IT hardware within a data centre environment.

£35,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
