Retail Sales Executive, Inverness, high uncapped commission potential

Full-Time, Permanent with Immediate Start

£20,000 Basic + industry leading commission scheme. £35,000 - £45,000 already achieved in the store

High end, national furniture brand, full training given

Rota'd weekends off

Responsibilities of our client's Retail Sales Executive include:

  • Championing and building key relationships with our customers
  • Ensuring the customer experience is of the highest standard
  • Confidently presenting design and aspirational living ideas
  • Establishing an accurate, reliable, and realistic sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a core understanding of all products in order to advise & consult customers effectively

Skills and experience required by our client's Retail Sales Executive:

  • Experience in Furnishings, high-end retail, or fashion
  • Ability to maintain strong familiarity and awareness of the rapidly changing furnishing ranges and designs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, lead management, and customer service
  • A driven and highly motivated sales professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative. The ability to self manage, schedule effectively and deliver results is essential
  • CRM experience is an advantage
