We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic individual as Registry Administrator as part of the Fees and Funding team within the Registry Services Directorate.

We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic individual as Registry Administrator as part of the Fees and Funding team within the Registry Services Directorate.


The Registry Services Directorate fulfils an essential role in supporting the University's delivery of high-quality learning opportunities to its students by managing a range of central services for students and staff.

The Registry Services Directorate comprises of 11 teams - Research Services, Exams & Graduate Services, Timetabling, Systems, UKVI, Records, Fees & Funding, Statutory Reporting, Ask, WLVonline and Apprenticeship Operations.


You will play a vital role in ensuring the Fees and Funding Team delivers on timely processing of fees and finance information for students, ensuring compliance with external requirements such as the Student Loans Company and NHS Funding streams, and improving the processes and systems that underpin the work.

You will also be a senior liaison point and recognised as a knowledgeable source of guidance for colleagues across the university for student finance matters.


You will have excellent communication skills using a variety of appropriate media and experience of dealing with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds, an understanding and respect for cultural diversity and experience of working within regulatory frameworks and procedures to meet internal and external audit requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity within the Fees and Funding Team to delivering specialist support to students and partners.
