Job Purpose and Mission
To assist the Payroll manager to process the EMEA support centre payroll on a four weekly pay cycle
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with the HR team, Processing the EMEA support centre payroll, including new starters, personal information and pay changes
- Collaborating with the Rewards team to process Pension Salary sacrifice along with other benefits
- Support Centre Pay review with HR Prior to Pay day
- Calculating and payment of off cycle payments
- Assisting payroll manager with period end routines, including reconciliation of payroll prior to bacs release, Checking the Netherlands Payroll prior to submission and any other BAU, Standing in her absence
- Assisting payroll manager with the production of the Net pay report each period
- Processing Home Sweet Loan, Season ticket, Child Care, Cycle to Work and Buying Holiday
- Providing Period and Ad hoc Reports to all other departments
- Partner with the EMEA finance team to answer any queries and providing general ledger file for Validation
- Produce Maternity Schedules and process maternity on Global View
- Other adhoc admin duties including processing post (new starter checklist, court orders, sick notes)
- Processing Stocks on a monthly basis
- HMRC reporting including reconciliation and submission of PAYE to HMRC each month
- Citi bank Reconciliation for EMEA
- Checking and where applicable correcting SAP interface reports for all EMEA partners.
- Processing EMEA apprenticeship NI categories each period
- Point of contact with ADP for payroll errors and system issues
- Processing charity payments
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Solid payroll knowledge and experience
- Demonstrable experience of using SAP
- HR including adhoc reporting
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to Support Centre
- Self starter and willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel knowledge and analytical mindset, experience with vlook ups and other data manipulation techniques
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of Pension Salary Sacrifice, stock processing is desirable.
