Catering Assistant The Facilities Team is a group of dedicated and experienced professionals with an in-depth knowledge of Frontier and a variety of skill sets across three sub-remits: Facilities, Reception and Catering/Hospitality. We currently have a fantastic new opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly Catering/Hospitality Assistant to join our London office on a permanent basis.

As a small team we rely on each other to ensure all tasks are being dealt with to a high standardeven if they do not fall under individual's core responsibilities.

Teamwork and open communication form an integral part in order to:

- ensure a seamless operation across our staff kitchen and client meeting suite to deliver a first-class experience.
- provide a first class environment and ensure that all clients receive an outstanding service & experience; and
- participate in Health and Safety training and emergency procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all.


Whilst the Director of Facilities carries overall accountability for the team, your day to day workload will be supervised and managed by the Hospitality Manager.

Together you will coordinate your daily task load with focus on providing kitchen/cateringand hospitality support to create a professional and welcoming experience for our colleagues and clients alike.

Your working hours are generally 9am - 5pm with the expectation of a certain amount of flexibility to accommodate the occasional business requirementsoutside these hours.


Key Responsibilities
- responsible for ensuring kitchen and service areas are always clean, well presented, and well-stocked
- monitoring stock and restocking
- assisting with basic food & drink preparation activities, collecting ad-hoc food orders
- regular cleaning of equipment / machinery (e.g., coffee machine, dishwashers)
- preparing rooms and catering for client and/or staff meetings and coordinated changeover in between meetings
- assisting with the setup, service, clearing and cleaning for any in-house events
- ensure food safety and H&S are followed, with any incidents reported in line with documented procedures


Essential Experience

  • Proficient level of English
  • Friendly and professional with a 'Can do' attitude, and a positive approach
  • Strong team player with flexibility to tasks and hours
  • Motivated with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative

Desirable Experience

  • Bar / Barista experience
  • Knowledge of food & hygiene standards
