  • Maintain online
    documentation
    database with receipt and distribution details ensuring auditable trail is preserved
  • Ensure
    compliance with approved procedures, security instructions and publications
  • Hold post of
    Classified Books Officer:
  • Implement changes to documentation and update databases to reflect status changes
  • Ensure musters are undertaken to accurately reflect stipulated online documentation databases
  • Provide support to Line Management during internal and external audits
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by the Line Manager

Required skills, qualifications and experience

  • Experience as an Administrator, Documentation Controller or similar role
  • Skilled in the fundamentals of Microsoft Office / MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work individually under own initiative or in a team environment
  • Possess clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential, as well as having the ability to communicate effectively, formally and informally, with a wide range of people including management and customer representatives.
  • Ability to follow strict security protocols
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Desirable

  • Familiarity with MoD health safety and environmental policies and reporting requirements
