We are seeking someone with experience working in theatre, film and/or TV production to take the lead on our literary department.
As part of our expansion we want to bring on a new partner to work alongside our two founding partners (either remotely or from our central Edinburgh office) to take the agency to the new level.
After 9 months of steady development and building we wish to take our literary department further and build something really special, so ideally we would like to work with someone with existing connections in the industry who can get up and running straight away.
We are structured as an LLP so our Senior Partners' monthly salary is paid on a self-employed basis, based on profits of the whole agency month-to-month split equally with bonuses available, so it is a team effort to maximise profit and we can all contribute to each other's earnings.
