'''Duties'''- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Process accounts payable and receivables and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems (e.g. Sage,, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Proficient in using accounting software systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes and procedures

£20,241.00-£23,306.00 per year
