Description

A local authority are looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service Advisor within the Customer Service Centre Supporting People Team.

Their purpose is to provide a high-quality service to the residents of Warwickshire.

This team aims to support eligible applicants who are in immediate need of food, fuel, providing access to preventative services such as debt management and those whose needsare more long term and who have become vulnerable through an ongoing set of circumstances.

You will be working as part of a team as the single point of contact for requests for information, advice and services from the public, within the authority and other agencies.

They are looking for professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to help achieve their drive to provide excellent service.
Normal opening hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and until 16:30 on Friday.
Start date 16th January
Most of the team are working from home.

If you wish to also work from home, it is essential that you have a suitable workspace free from noise and distraction, a desk and sufficient space for the equipment needed to carry out your role (they will provide thenecessary computer equipment).

You must also be able to collect your equipment and work from the offices at Kings House in Bedworth CV12 8LL as and when required
