Year 4 Teaching Assistant required for January 2024

Location:
Blackley, Manchester


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Year 4 teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities
  • Assist in the creation of a positive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Work with individual students or small groups, providing additional support as needed
  • Help to assess and monitor students' progress and contribute to their academic and social development
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications or a willingness to pursue relevant training
  • Enthusiasm, patience, and a proactive approach to assisting students' educational journey
