Description
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all administrative tasks are deliverd with a high level of accuracy and qualityand that communication is professional, appropriate and within timescales.
- Provide support to staff members in the completion of their tasks.
- To lead and coordinate administrative processes for the associates' network arranging courses and timetables.
- To suport the delivery of agreed bespoke projects.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide solutions to address them.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
