Purpose of Role
To support the Quality Manger in the management and maintenance of the quality management system (QMS) associated with the operation of an accredited test laboratory.
The appointed person will be responsible for ensuring key documents relating to equipment management, calibrations, job tracking, quotations, training records, audits, etc are completed and filed correctly and on schedule.
In addition the job holder will involved in the developing IT systems to support and improve quality management effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- IT
- Excellent working knowledge of Sharepoint and Microsoft Power Automate as well as Office 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential.
- Good organisation skills demonstrate ability to handle multitasking deftly and efficiently
- Attention to detail pick up discrepancies and noncompliance
- Time management demonstrate methods of tracking and delivering to multiple deadlines
- Disciplined capable of and showing an understanding of working within defined operating procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop quality system documentation ensuring it is reviewed, accurate, and archived appropriately.
- Assist with organising and executing quality system audits, record and review findings, and assist in implementing remedial action.
- Developing IT systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS
Job Types:

Salary:
£19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
