General Manager – Tapas Social Dining | Leadership Opportunity with Share Potential
We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead a vibrant, Mediterranean inspired tapas restaurant with an extensive outdoor dining space and dedicated function area.
This is not just another GM role. This is a restaurant looking for someone to bring a new energy and structure.

We are a social, small-plates restaurant built around atmosphere, quality food, strong drinks, and memorable experiences. With three bar areas, a large outdoor space, and a private function offering, we are perfectly positioned for celebrations, events, and busy social evenings.
We are ready for our next chapter and we're looking for someone with the personality, presence, and commercial instinct to help take us there.
The Role
As General Manager, you will:
Lead from the front — visible, hands-on, energetic
Drive a strong service culture and positive team environment
Own the guest experience from booking to goodbye
Maximise revenue across dining, bar, outdoor trading, and functions
Build local relationships and drive event bookings
Take full P&L responsibility and cost control
Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team
Work closely with ownership on growth strategy
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to make their mark.
Who We're Looking For
You will be:
Experienced in high-volume, premium casual dining, with at least 5 years senior management experience.
Confident running multi-space operations (restaurant + outdoor + events)
Commercially sharp and financially aware, have a good business mindset.
Passionate about hospitality but not ego driven
Strong in team culture, training and standards
Full of personality, energy and ideas
Excited by the opportunity to put your own stamp on a business
Experience in tapas / Mediterranean concepts is a bonus — but energy, leadership and commercial drive are essential.
