Great Opportunity as an Immediate Start

  • 3 Month Temporary Position

About Our Client:

My client is a Not for Profit Housing Association. They support individuals by offering housing and support services to encourage independent and sustainable living in the community.


The key responsibilities of an Administrator
will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Data entry onto IT system
  • Complete, issue and administer contracts and documentation
  • Raise work order and update project details
  • Monitor progress on repair projects
  • Administer the repairs pre/post inspection
  • Check that all contractors being awarded work orders are accredited
  • Monitor contractor performance and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable with invoice queries and payments
  • Take minutes during meetings and organise meetings

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Administrator
must possess the following skill set and experience;

  • Administrative and office environment background
  • Experience working in a Not for Profit and Charities organisation or Housing environment
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Good customer service skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of related housing regulations / laws
  • To be able to work within a team and independently
  • Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner, either by telephone, face to face or in writing
  • Can work well under pressure and manage own workload
  • Ability to follow operation procedures and processes
