Following some recent investment and strong commercial performance, we are seeking a customer service focussed Team Member.
The role
Our team members are the first point of contact for our customers are expected to deliver consistently exceptional customer service
Team Member Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining stock levels
- Refilling stock,
- Assisting customers,
- Sharing enthusiasm for products and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Work experience in both retail and or hospitality is a plus
- Preferred handson experience with professional coffee machines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team
- Excellent attitude to customer service
