An excellent opportunity has arisen for Bid Writer (Retrofit & Refurb) to join our Housing Partnerships team in the North-West.

_ Key responsibilities/The Role_

Assist with the development of the bid winning strategy.
Liaise with Seddon staff, supply chain and external bid network to produce tender quality documents.
Production and formatting of Expression of Interests & PQQ's
Develop and write technical & nontechnical written quality responses.
Liaise with bid coordinator to submit tender documents and add to the bid library.
Work with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral.

_Competences_

Experience of writing and submitting successful tenders in the retrofit and refurbishment market.
Ability to work independently and take the initiative to write bids.
Accomplished written skills.
Succinct time management and organisation skills
Ability to handle pressure and prioritise.
Experience of Adobe InDesign & CRM relationship manager.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
