We are looking to recruit 3 bubbly, confidant and compassionate Customer Service Agents to join the Customer Service team and support the out of hours appointment services for a NHS organisation in Wigan
Offering part time hours working a combination of shifts on a rota over 7 days this position will give you days off in the week, only working 1 day at a weekend and either a whole morning or afternoon off dependant on what shift you work that day.
We are seeking applicants who are committed for the long term, punctual and reliable and in return you will receive ongoing training, consistent work thats ongoing, immediate start, a great team and a role where you really get to help people.
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Agent?
- Working across 3 areas of the business to give you variety in your role. You will be trained on all areas to support the covid vaccination appointments, out of hours services and triage support
- Using your great listening skills to identify patients needs and accessing their information on the NHS database
- Working on patient lists to contact them regarding Covid vaccination appointments
- Supporting GP practices with patient appointments outside of the GP hours you will have the opportunity to assess patients symptoms and criteria and book them appointments to be seen out of hours
- Using your great communication skills to triage the patient and go through a series of questions to identify if the patient needs and appointment
- Offering support and advise to all patients in need
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- If you love multi-tasking and work confidently on a computer, keyboard, and headset
- As a Customer Service Agent you are an excellent communicator and enjoy working with a variety of individuals
- Have worked in Call Centre or Inbound Call Handling role
- You have a great personality, fantastic listening skills, have a bubbly and caring nature
- Flexible and committed to working on a rota shift pattern spread over 7 days
