    Description

    As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining planograms across our retail estate.

    The role is based at our Customer Support Centre in Walsall, with the ability to work agile between 'home' and the CSC.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement planograms that accurately reflect our commercial range and business objectives.
    • Visit stores and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate relevant actions.
    • Work with the VM team to ensure planograms meet expected criteria and maximise sales.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve physical builds for categories and ranges.
    • Build and maintain planograms in each trading area across all stores.
    • Create visually appealing product displays considering factors such as demand, shelf space, and customer flow.
    • Maintain effective range and space management to deliver optimum performance.
    • Analyse data to inform decisions and maximise sales potential.

    Requirements

    • Commercial Acumen: Understand commercial objectives and consumer awareness to optimise VM impact on business.
    • Experience in a VM role, either in-store or at head office level.
